Headache
Eliminate your headaches by drinking water or nutrient foods that contain water, like watermelon, cucumbers, melons, tomatoes, and lettuce.
“High water content in watermelon and other fruits and vegetables can soothe headaches because the food is rich source of important minerals, like magnesium and is the key to stop the throbbing headache,” said Stella Metsovas BS CN, a nutritionist at Laguna Beach, California.
Stress
